Bank Al Falah to provide financing to SMEs

KARACHI: Bank Al Falah will provide long term financing to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to purchase, build and improve business infrastructure.

This was stated by the regional head of SME, Bank Al Falah, Imran Hijazi at after the meeting of board of directors of Small Medium Industrial Leasing Estates Pvt Ltd (SMILE) with the officials of Bank Al Falah Ltd here Monday. Both the organisations discussed the prospects of financing the applicants of the SME Industrial Estate at Deh Gaggar Karachi Sindh.

They agreed Bank Al Falah will provide long term finance to the SMEs under their Al Falah Milkiat Finance (AMF) for the purposes of acquisition or purchasing of commercial and industrial property and construction on owned and possessed commercial or industrial plot and also for renovation of owned and possessed commercial/industrial property. However, Hijazi made it clear that the facilities shall be provided solely to help SMEs purchase, build and improve business infrastructure. app
